Friendly ground rules for making avatars

Use the service in a lawful, respectful way. Keep your account secure, use an email you can receive, and follow any notices shown during upload, checkout, or download.

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
• Do not upload someone else's private photo without consent.
• By uploading a photo, you allow picface.art and its service providers to process it so the avatar can be generated, displayed, stored, downloaded, and supported.

Generated avatars are made for personal profile pictures, social sharing, and your own collection. Outputs may not be unique, and similar styles or results may be generated for other users.

Do not use generated avatars to impersonate someone, mislead people, harass others, commit fraud, or suggest an endorsement you do not have.

• Sexual content involving minors, child exploitation, or any abuse material.
• Illegal, hateful, violent, threatening, harassing, or self-harm content.
• Private information, stolen images, non-consensual intimate images, or invasive surveillance images.
• Impersonation, fraud, spam, malware, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass service limits.
• Uploads that intentionally copy protected characters, brands, or artwork in a way you do not have rights to use.

Credits are used to generate avatars. Prices, bundles, bonus credits, and availability can change before purchase, but checkout will show the current amount before you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. If a generation fails or is cancelled while cancellation is available, the related credit may be returned automatically.

picface.art may change, pause, refuse, remove, or limit content and accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance, abuse prevention, maintenance, or product updates.

We try to keep the experience smooth, but generation quality, timing, and availability can vary.
