How we care for your photos and data

This policy explains what picface.art collects, how photos are used, how deletion works, and what changes when ads are enabled.

Photos you upload

We use the photo you choose to create your avatar, show previews, save the result to your collection, troubleshoot support requests, and keep the service safe.

We do not sell your photos. We do not use them for unrelated products or public galleries without your permission.

What we store

  • Account details such as email, nickname, and sign-in state.
  • Uploaded photos, generated avatars, chosen styles, creation times, and collection history.
  • Billing records such as credit balance, credit changes, order references, and Stripe checkout status. Card details are handled by Stripe, not picface.art.
  • Support messages you send, including the contact email and details you include.

Storage and deletion

Your avatar collection stays available so you can download past results. We may also keep limited records when needed for security, billing, support, or legal reasons.

To delete uploaded photos, generated avatars, account data, or support messages, contact support. If a self-serve delete tool is not available in the product yet, support will guide the request by email.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in, language choice, security, checkout flow, basic measurement, and service preferences.

If Google ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to show and measure ads. You can learn how Google uses data on partner sites below.

Who helps provide the service

  • Hosting, storage, security, and content delivery providers.
  • AI generation, authentication, email, support, analytics, and advertising providers.
  • Stripe and related payment providers for checkout, payment confirmation, refunds, and billing records.
  • Authorities or other parties when required to protect users, prevent abuse, or follow the law.

Your choices

  • You can sign out at any time.
  • You can change browser cookie settings, though some sign-in or checkout features may stop working.
  • You can ask support to review, correct, export, or delete personal data connected to your account.
